You can &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lvrj.com/news/12290121.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Read it here.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt; It is basically saying that there is supposed to be another one million more people moving here by 2019 bringing our population to 3 million residents.  The most interesting piece of it is that Pat Mulroy (Water District) doesn't seem too overly worried about how to get water to these new residents. Hmmm.  Many people have a lot of opinions about the future of real estate values in the Las Vegas area.  I came to Southern Nevada  when I was 10 years old in 1977.  Every since then I have been hearing about the costs of growth and how it can't keep going.  Well, it has been thirty years and it has kept going. As far as real estate values go, if you listen to the media and you bought a home in 2005 or 2006, you should be worried! I think I will start to worry when more people are leaving than coming in.
